INTRODUCTION
VCRIS is an international conference focused on showcasing, discussing, and exchanging advanced research, development, and applications, in Cryptography and Information Security. Its main goal is to bring together researchers, experts, practitioners, and students from around the world to share research findings and practical applications, fostering collaboration and coherence within the field.
The first VCRIS 2024 will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam’s storied capital, known for its rich history, cultural heritage, and vibrant historical sites. The Academy of Cryptography Techniques, selected by the Vietnamese Government as a pivotal institution for nurturing information security expertise, will serve as the venue for the VCRIS 2024. The Academy of Cryptography Techniques stands as Vietnam’s exclusive hub for cultivating professionals with both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications and spearheading research in cryptographic science and technology under the purview of the Vietnam Government Information Security Commission.
CALL FOR PAPERS
Paper Submission and Publication
The authors are invited to submit their full papers by the deadline through the VCRIS 2024 submission page. The submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality and scientific quality. The proceedings will be published by IEEE (pending) and be available at the conference or the Information Security Journal. Papers should follow the LaTeX series format as described at IEEE’s website and should not exceed 6 pages. Word-format papers are also accepted.
The VCRIS conference aims to foster an academic exchange environment and advance both fundamental and applied scientific research endeavors in Cryptography and Information Security, both within Vietnam and across the globe. The conference seeks to connect and form a scientific research community among universities, academies, experts, and scientists both domestically and internationally in Cryptography and Information Security. The first VCRIS conference will be co-organized by the Academy of Cryptography Techniques – Vietnam Government Information Security Commission (VGISC), the Vietnam Association of Faculties-Institutes-Schools-Universities of ICT, the Information Security Journal of the VGISC, and the Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics, with the endorsement of the University Of Lorraine and the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
